Mrs. Iris Lehman To All Instructors

Iris Lehman has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education/Early Child Development from Kutztown University, a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Curriculum from Penn State University/Harrisburg Campus, and her Reading Specialist Certification.  Along with homeschooling her own three children for 11 years, she has taught classes in reading, writing, nature study, physical fitness and health/safety.  She has been a homeschool evaluator for over twenty years and enjoys working with homeschool families who wish to discuss curriculum and educational philosophy.  Lancaster Reading Solutions has also recently employed Iris to help tutor students in reading and writing.  Iris has also been employed at the Hempfield Recreation Center as a tennis coach for the past twenty-five years and helps coach the boys and girls tennis teams at Hempfield School District.  She spends any free time she has with her family and enjoys cooking/baking, reading by the fire, and playing tennis of course!
