Thank you for your interest in Hartsville Home Educators.  Potential members must complete a membership application.

There are two membership levels. 

Basic Membership $35:

  • Access to all HHE events. Some examples are field trips, Protocol Night, Talent Night, and many more.

Full Membership -- Basic Membership of $35 plus Building Fee of $40:

  • Access to all Basic membership plus access to our weekly Co-op classes.

Our yearly fees are as follows:

  • HHE membership fee (non-refundable) - $35 per year, per family.  
  • Building fee - $40 per year, per family.  Please note that this fee is ONLY for families participating in HHE co-op classes.  Also note that this fee is due before you are given access to register for co-op classes.

**HHE's Membership year runs from June 1st - May 31st.  The HHE membership fee is due in full no matter the time of year that you join.  The Lakeview Building fee will be pro-rated to $20 if you join anytime between Jan 1st and May 31st***

Application for membership can be completed by completing the below form.  

Upon completion of the application and submission of dues, the HHE Board will review your application.  Once accepted the applicant will be added to our membership roster and will be notified of acceptance.  

If you are participating in HHE co-op classes, you will be required to pay a building fee that is paid to West Hartsville Baptist Church for the use of their facility.

Please record the user name and password that you set up in the registration process. This is how you will sign into our website once your application is approved.

Please note that the principles found in HHE"s Statement of Faith govern HHE.  By signing the application, prospective members are stating that they understand that the Statement of Faith constitutes the governing principles of HHE and they agree to abide by them.

HHE membership is open to all families who actively homeschool K3-12th grades. Hartsville Home Educators offers support to families who legally homeschool their children under the provisions of SC Code Sections 59-65-40, 59-65-5, and 59-65-47 (Also known as homeschooling option 1, 2, and 3)
