 HEARTS Policies and Procedures

  1. All new members must be an assistant teacher for a year before you teach.

  2. Only people who have been background checked by HEARTS/FBC Biloxi are allowed on campus. 

  3. Everyone must sign our Statement of Faith.

  4. The drop off option is for 4th grade and up only.

  5. Cell phones are not to be used by students in classrooms unless for a teacher directed activity (Kahoot, etc.). If a student persists in using a phone after being asked to put it away, the teacher may send the student to the check-in table. Posting social media videos of students is not allowed. 

  6. All students must be in the correct class/level for their respective ages.

  7. No supply fee refund after payment.

  8. Students may NOT be in the parking lot without an adult present. Students who drive may only be on campus for their assigned classes.

  9. Students must be in class or study hall. NO LOITERING. At no time should your student be anywhere on campus without the direct supervision of an adult

  10. Please do not bring perfume or body sprays to use during the day.

  11. Only the registered parent/teacher - the party who registered the children and pays the fees associated with HEARTS - may have access to the Facebook Group.
