PATHS Fee Policies

Annual Payment and Fee Expectations for Returning PATHS Families

As a federally recognized 501(c)3 status non-profit. PATHS abides by all legal requirements for maintaining non-profit status. 

Registration

• EARLY BIRD registration for returning families opens 3/16/2026. EARLY BIRD registration for returning families costs $275.

  General registration for new and returning families begins 3/30/2026. General registration costs $295.

  Late registration for anyone registering on or after 6/1/2026 is $350.

  All registration fees are non-refundable.

• One annual registration fee is paid per family, regardless of the number of children.
• Payment is due at the time of registration.
• If paying by check, please make the check payable to PATHS.
• Families cannot choose classes until registration is paid in full AND accounts are brought current.

Security Deposit

• The security deposit is equal to one month’s tuition.
• The security deposit is non-refundable
• The security deposit is to be paid on August 1^st but no later than the 7^th.
• The security deposit will be used to cover May’s tuition payment.

Supply Fees

• A one-time annual supply fee per course will be paid with the Security Deposit.
• Supply fees vary based on courses.
• Supply fees, deposits, and registration fees are non-refundable
• Supply fees do NOT cover cost of textbooks

Monthly Tuition Payments

Membership to PATHS is financial obligation

Payments can be made online through PATHS website. 

*All families are required to have a credit card on file which will be automatically billed to avoid interruption of student classes. 

• Payment for September’s tuition is due Prior to class starting on Tuesday September 2^nd.
• Subsequent monthly payments will continue through April due Prior to the 7^th of each month.
• May payment will be fulfilled by the initial security deposit.

Late Fee Payments

• Subsequent monthly payments will continue through April, due on the 1st but no later than the 7^th of each month.
• A late fee of $50 will occur for payments after the 8th of each month.
• Checks are not accepted as payment if a late fee has been incurred.
• Recurrent non or late payment is grounds for removal from PATHS.
  • On the 8th families will be notified of their late fees
  • If payment has not been received by the last instruction day of the month, students will be unable to attend until payment has been received in full.

Additional Fees

• A charge of $10 per hour is billed for the activity hall. If students are on site and not in a class, they must be in the activity hall.
• Any student not picked up 10 minutes after their last class will be sent to the activity hall and charged for the hour.
• Late pickups after 3:00 PM may be subject to a $15 late fee per 15 minutes late. Late pickups after the 1 hour pickup period for sick children may also be subject to this charge.

Refunds

• PATHS will only issue refunds under special circumstances, pending review of PATHS Board of Directors, eg: military orders, medical, etc.

• Unless a student is removed by PATHS administration, security deposit is non-refundable

• Under typical/normal circumstances, families should expect any change in schedule resulting in an overpayment to be applied as a credit towards future PATHS payments.
