Oversees and communicates with Co-op Team members regarding planning and administration of the co-op.
Creates and manages weekly helper and cleaning schedules for Discovery and Excel. Oversees opening and closing at Crossings Community Church. Attends NHE Board meetings to update board regarding co-op.

Interviews potential new co-op members and communicates to the team. Oversees class planning and online registration. Works with Discovery and Excel Team leads to coordinate classes each semester.
Updates website regarding co-op events and registration page. Checks to see families are set to receive the correct emails.

Oversees management of all Co-op Funds. Writes reimbursement checks for Co-op expenditures. Collects Co-op fees.
Communicates with the Special Events Coordinator.

Inventory and purchase of materials for Co-op supply closet. Prepares and replenishes classroom supply boxes.

Oversees the Excel program, communicates with teachers, parents, and students within the Excel program, connects with new Excel families, works together with Co-op Registrar each semester regarding class planning and teacher recruiting.
