Discovery/Excel Director, Schedule Coordinator, Site Coordinator: Valentina Mordkovich valmordkovich@live.com 
Oversee and communicate with Co-op Team members regarding planning and administration of the co-op.
Creates and manages weekly helper and cleaning schedules for Discovery and Excel. Oversee opening and closing at Crossings.  Attend NHE Board meetings to update board regarding co-op.

Registrar/Website Support, Sheree Whited sheree@crossings.cc
Oversee class plannning and online registration.  Works with Discovery and Excel Team leads to coordinate classes each semester.
Update website regarding co-op events and registration page. Check to see families are set to receive the correct emails.

Canvas Support: Carli Brennan mommybrennan@gmail.com
Create classes as needed for each semster, set up teachers, parents, and students within in registered class, provide support and answer questions regarding our Canvas grading system

Co-op Treasurer: Jaclyn Ochiuzzo  jackie_1283@hotmail.com
Oversee management of all Co-op Funds. Write reimbursement checks for Co-op expenditures. Collect Co-op fees.
Communicates with the Special Events Coordinator.

Inventory and purchase materials for Co-op supply closet. Prepare and replenish classroom supply boxes. 

Co-op Excel Team Lead: Melissa Lewis emailmelissalewis@gmail.com
Oversees the Excel program, communicates with teachers, parents, and students within the Excel program, connects with new Excel families, works together with Co-op Registrar each semester regarding class planning and teacher recruiting.

Oversees co-op party food planning and online sign-ups. Works with families and vendors on Moms' Morning Nook baked goods and coffee donations.
