Christmas Family Gathering

This year, your family will have many ways to participate!

Make crafts? Sell a homemade dessert? Create and sell an item?

Choose 1 or more or just come to fellowship and shop!

This event is open to the public for shopping 6:30-8:30pm! Tell everyone you know!

NHE will provide Hot cocoa, Apple Cider, water and paper products. Grab a drink and a plate and go shop!

1. Christmas Craft Stations

Check back soon to see what specific crafts there will be.

OPEN TO ANYONE!

$3 per child, max of $15 per family. RSVP and pay by December 10.

Please use paypal gobewith@gmail.com; note that payment is non-refundable. If you need to pay using cash, please contact Kim kimandrescik@gmail.com right after registering.

2. Homemade desserts

Does your child like to bake? NHE kids (only) can create a dessert to sell that can be enjoyed with our hot drinks or to take for later!

Please make sure to divide them into single servings to be sold for 50 cents or less. Don't forget to have some quarters ready to make change.

Ideas:

Cookies, muffins, peppermint bark, mini pies, the sky is the tasty limit!

Sellers please arrive at 6PM to set your table up. 1 table provided per pre-registered family.

3. Christmas Bazaar

This annual NHE tradition is an event for NHE kids (only) to be able to make items at home and sell.

Sellers please arrive at 6PM to set your table up. 1 table provided per pre-registered family.

Need ideas? Young entreprenuers have created these in the past:

Holiday decorations, soaps, candles, salt scrubs, bookmarks, notebooks, wooden swords,

Just like their creative spirits, the possibilities are limitless!

The Deets for selling:

Each child/family will set up their own table and cash envelope. Shoppers will walk around the rink and shop from the kids. Kids will make their own change and sell their items independently.

With their profits, the kids can shop at other tables to buy Christmas gifts for their siblings and families.  We will have a gift wrapping station set up so that everyone can wrap their gifts that night and take them home ready to put under the tree.

4. Game tables

There will be tables with decks of cards, bananagrams, IRK, etc. to play!

SEE YOU THERE!
