HOPE's Statement of Faith

...To be acknowledged during registration

I acknowledge that HOPE leaders and volunteers must sign a Statement of Faith before serving in a volunteer capacity with HOPE. Volunteers include our Board of Directors, volunteer coordinators, game night hosts, designated chaperones, and field trip planners. The Board of Directors reserves the right to add volunteer positions to this list at any time. Herein is HOPE’s Statement of Faith.

I believe that the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God and that it is the supreme and final authority on all matters in which it speaks. I believe that God is eternal and exists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. I believe in the biblical Christ; His virgin birth; His sacrificial death on the cross; His burial, resurrection, and ascension into heaven; and that He is the sole salvation for mankind. I believe God created us male and female; that marriage constitutes the union between one man and one woman, and that it is the parents' responsibility before God to be in charge of their children's education, either directly in homeschools, or indirectly by delegating that authority.
