At Jamestown Settlement and the Yorktown Victory Center, your homeschool students will love discovering the sights and sounds of the 17th and 18th centuries while learning about their nation’s history. And you will love the variety of curriculum-based education programs offered for a range of grade levels – all taught by trained museum educators.

Ticket Information:


• Homeschool program tickets are $11.00 per family member (youth or adult) before February 8.  On or after February 8, tickets are $12.00.

• The homeschool ticket is good for admission to both Jamestown Settlement and Yorktown Victory Center throughout the entire date range. 

• Ticket holders can visit both museums as many times as they like during the date range! 

• Homeschool admission tickets are available for online purchase.

• If you do not have online access, tickets can also be purchased by calling Group Reservations at (757) 253-4939 or in person at the Visitor Services desk at either museum.


Homeschool Programs and Tours:

• Each ticketholder is entitled to one hands-on classroom program and one family tour at each museum.

• Students can enroll in one of three classroom programs at each museum, according to grade level, and families can register for an interactive, two-hour guided tour at each museum.

• The optional hands-on classroom programs and family tours must be scheduled separately following ticket purchase by calling Group Reservations at (757) 253-4939.  

• Call early – classroom programs and tours book quickly!  Walk-ins will be accepted if space is available.

• The pre-registration deadline for hands-on programs and guided tours is 5 p.m. three business days prior to the program/tour.

• All programs address Virginia and United States standards of learning for history and social studies.
