BASEBALL REGISTRATION
 

Due at Parent/Player Orientation Meeting:  

BOYS -- Varsity ages 12 -18

  1. Athletics Liability Form  (click here and fill out online)
  2. A Copy of the student's birth certificate (NEW players only)
  3. Physical Form - must be signed by a physician or nurse practitioner after May 2025.
  4. Academic Eligibility - to be filled out as a report card at beginning of season and when requested.  (ONLY for NEW CHA official players)
  5. $150 Registration Fee*** (can pay by Paypal  -- paypal.me/chaathletics or Venmo @chaathletics ) 

***second player in same family is $125 Registration Fee***

 
Registration is not final until after completion of tryouts when the coach names the team. Varsity Baseball is for boys ages 12-18. Season typically runs from January through April. To play on official Varsity Baseball for CHA, students must be educated in the home at least 51% of the time.  This means co-op or dual enrollment classes times can only be 49% of their education hours.  Seniors must be educated in the home at least 34% of their education hours.
