Time to dance!! All 13-18 year olds connected to our homeschool community are invited to join us for the Winter Semi-Formal. This is a semi-formal dance (Like a homecoming) We will have refreshments and dancing. Cost is $10/student or $25 per family.
Don't forget January 24, 2025, 7-10pm
Where: Stratford Park Bible Chapel
Theme: Enchanted Garden
Please register each teen attending. Select your sign up amount carefully.
- If you are signing up 1-2 teens select the $10 amount for each teen.
- If there are more than 2 teens attending in your family, please register each one separately, but only select the $25 per family once. Additional family members can select the $0 amount.
Please pay using the PayPal link at the end of the signup. Important: if you are not a CHC member, please be prepared to pay by PayPal immediately when you finish signing up. You will not be able to return to your sign up and pay at a later date.
**Refunds will not be given unless the event has to be rescheduled due to weather and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date. If you are unable to pay via PayPal, please email Samantha at samantha678@gmail.com and other arrangements can be made,**
By signing your student up for the dance you and your teen(s) agree to following expectations:
1. To obey and respect the event chaperones, and that if a dance chaperone has to give your student(s) a warning for an offense, they can be sent home for a repeat offense.
2. Student(s) understand that this is a non-dating event. (We understand there will be couples that attend, but the focus will not be on the dating couples. We want the dance to be focused on friendships and having fun as a group!)
3. Student(s) understand that there is to be limited physical display of affection at the dance (i.e. no kissing, excessive hugging, sitting on laps, etc.)
4. You and your student(s) agree to choose their attire with modesty and appropriateness in mind, keeping in mind to not put any stumbling blocks or obstacles in the way of your brother and sister in Christ.
CHC does request that there not be any deep V's in the front or back of dress attire.
5. You acknowledge and agree to not hold CHC or any board member, chaperone or adult in charge liable for your child leaving the dance once they have left the dance.
