Introduction to the fall Shakespeare play
On Wednesday, August 22, the cast will meet 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. I will introduce the play and annouce the casting. I will distribute scripts ($5 each) and talk about costumes, music, set, and other aspects of the performance. We will do a quick read-through and briefly discuss some of the big ideas in the play.
Fridays August 24 and 31, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m., we’ll do a slow read-through, discussing the play in depth as we go.
Thereafter rehearsals will be Wednesday afternoons until tech week, when they'll be every day. September rehearsals will be 1 - 3 p.m., October rehearsals will be longer, perhaps noon - 4 p.m.
Performances will be November 2 and 3. On November 7 we'll perform at Cunningham Children’s Home.
