Our coaches are vitally interested in your child’s character and athletic development. They are open to any communication that will assist them in this endeavor. As instructed in Matthew 18, we request that all complaints be discussed with the coach, player representative and the VP of your specific sport first, in that order. If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, then send your complaint, in writing, signed and dated, to the CHSA Director, P.O. Box 590628, Houston TX 77259-0628. The Director will contact you to discuss the matter further. If a resolution has still not been reached, the member will be entitled to present his/her issue(s) to the Board at the next scheduled meeting. Each member providing written notification will be allowed a limited time to present the topic. The Board will then address the issue and provide a final determination within ten (10) days. All Board decisions are final.
