Who is CHEA?

Catoosa Home Education Association, located in Northwest Georgia, is an organization of 100+ homeschool families. Our membership includes families from Catoosa, Walker, Dade, and Whitfield counties in Georgia as well as quite a number of families from Tennessee in the Chattanooga metro area.

Our mission is to offer group support to homeschool families in our geographic region through classes, field trips, family meetings, clubs, and friendships. We also monitor Georgia and Tennessee legislation that affects homeschoolers. We are open to any homeschooling family who would like to be part of our group, however CHEA is a Christian organization and decisions made for our group will be guided by Christian principles.
