Class Registration/Payment Information
**PLEASE READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY AS IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION.**
Thank you so much for your interest in Biltmore Homeschool Ministry Enrichment Classes! We’d love to have you become a part of our group! We are looking forward to having a great year and hope you will plan to join us!
ALL REGISTRATION IS DONE ONLINE
Our enrichment classes meet weekly on Tuesdays between the hours of 8:30am - 1:15pm.
We are a drop off program, however each family is required to fulfill two volunteer responsibilities over the course of the year.
1. At least one must be Hall Monitor serving from 8:15am - 1:30pm. Free childcare is available.
2. Any other volunteer spot that you choose from our many options.
Full group membership fee is $100 per family, and includes the new group security fee. This fee is for expenses required to operate the program (copies, office supplies, etc.). Class fees are listed below.
You must sign up or renew group membership and sign up for volunteering prior to choosing classes.This must be completed prior to your registration period.
50% of your balance must be paid by June 15, or upon registration if signing up after that date. All payments must be made online. If half of your total is not paid by this date, your class selections will be deleted. **We encourage you to make payments on your remaining balance over the next month if needed.**
Your balance is due by July 15th. If your account is not paid in full by this date your class selections will be deleted. If you are registering after July 15 FULL payment must be made when registering.
Please make sure to read our Handbook. Refunds are not available after the drop deadline of July 15.
If you have a financial hardship, please contact our director, Kim Mathieu, at least 48 hours prior to your registration date to discuss options.
Payments are made online ONLY by credit card or debit card.
Click on any class on the 2022-2023 Class page to view a class description and see the materials fee for that class (these fees vary by class). In addition, at the very end of each class description you can see if that class is full or if there are still spots available. PLEASE CHECK THE CLASSES YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PRIOR TO SIGNING UP FOR GROUP MEMBERSHIP. Please note that you must sign up your child for their traditional age/grade level classes. If there is a learning issue please contact the director prior to registering to discuss a younger level class.
You will only be able to register during your designated group time frame. (First Registration - Existing Group Members. Second Registration = New Group Members. You must have purchased a 2021-2022 group membership by January 1, 2022 in order to register as an existing group member. If you need to register during a different group period, please contact us.
