Steps for Next Year Registration
Steps to prepare for next year:
PLEASE READ: If you are not a member, please go to the "Join" tab at the top of the page and pay the membership fee. Once you get confirmation from the director, please follow to the next steps and begin at step 4.
1st - Update Family Information (You will receive an email regarding your mandatory update of family information)
2nd - Renew and pay for your Membership (See Renew Membership tab at the top header bar)
3rd - PLEASE WAIT FOR AN EMAIL asking you to begin with your volunteer sign ups.
4th - Sign up for 2 Volunteer spots (Under Member Resources tab on header bar) ONE MUST BE FOR HALL MONITOR
Your family will NOT be allowed to proceed with registration until steps 1-4 are complete.
5th - View and Register for classes (On your scheduled day, under Enrichment Class on top header bar)
6th - Be sure you have paid at least half of your balance. After that, we will gladly accept payments so that by July 15th you will have a zero balance.
7th - Be sure that FINAL payment is made on or before July 15th, 2019. Failure to do so will result in your child being removed from classes.PLEASE NOTE- NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE AFTER THIS DATE.
Once all 7 of these steps are complete, you are all set for the fall classes!!
