How to Register for Classes
A. Sign up and attend a Meet and Greet on our calendar
B. Complete the membership form and payment (Membership Info)
Once you are a member:
- Log into the member website
- click this link to find the Class Matrix
(or click "Our Classes" on the Classes page) - Click on a class to see the details
- Click on your student's name
- Click register
- Repeat steps 3-5 for each desired class
- Click Manage Class Registrations, just above the matrix
- Click the Future Classes tab
- Review the classes you registered for
- Click "View Statement of Account to Pay" button at the bottom
(or at the very top green bar click "Balance $x.xx")
Make your payment: Invoices are sent to your email the day before the payment deadline.
Attend Orientation: Orientation is the week before classes begin at 1:00-2:30 and will be posted on the member calendar. It is mandatory for everyone who is registered for classes, including those who have taken classes in the past and for new families taking classes.
Attend Classes: Classes begin the first week of September for Fall semester and the first week of March for Spring semester.
If Classes say CLOSED, please check the registration period. They will say closed before and after the registration period.
If Classes say WAITLIST, please still register for the class. We try to make sure every student is able to get into their desired classes. You will be notified if your student is taken off the waitlist and enrolled in the class.
