• Full Member- comes to the co op classes and has access to all Heritage activities and events. 
• Partial Membership-  does not participate in the co op classes but had access to all non school related activities and events. 
• Performance Group Add on -We also have Special Class sign ups.  Right now we are offering a Performance Group with it's own fees that you can sign up for. 
• Undecided -You can also choose undecided and you will automatically be a basic member until you make a decision. 
• ONLY Special Class option - if you will not be joining the co op on any membership level and only are wanting to join Special Class
• Not renewing membership at this time. - For Existing members that for any reason won't be continuing membership this term.  

Waiver of Liability

I hereby grant my registered children permission to participate in the Heritage homeschool activities for the current school year. By agreeing and submitting this contract, the participant and parent, grandparent, guardian hereby assume full responsibility and understand all the risks associated with participation, including sprained or broken ankles and wrists, cuts, bruises, pulled muscles, etc., while performing the activities associated with the Heritage group. The assumption of full responsibility extends to any potential sicknesses that the registered children can be exposed to during the course of the day, despite all the measures that are put in place by the staff of the church and the committee members. Also, the participant and parent, grandparent, guardian are responsible for any and all damages, losses, or injuries that he/she may incur, while attending or participating in the program and hereby expressly waive any and all claims or causes against or Grace Fellowship Baptist Church, including their members, staff, and employees as well as the members and participants of the Heritage Homeschoolers.
