You can register your children via the LCHEA website by going to MAIN MENU > CLASSES > Class Catalog, selecting a class, signing up your child/children, and paying via the website. You must complete all steps to register your children, and the deposit and supply fee payments are due immediately to reserve their space in a class. These fees are non-refundable. Questions about a specific class should be directed to the teacher (whose name you can click on to get their email address). Issues during registration should be directed to director.lchea@gmail.com.

Payment for full year classes (all 25 weeks) will be split into seven monthly invoices, with the following due dates: 09/02/26, 10/02/26, 11/02/26, 12/30/26, 1/30/27, 2/28/27, and 3/28/27. Classes that are only first semester (10 weeks) will be split into three monthly invoices, with the following due dates: 09/02/26, 10/02/26, and 11/02/26. Classes that are only second semester (15 weeks) will be split into four monthly invoices, with the following due dates: 12/30/26, 1/30/27, 2/28/27, and 3/28/27. Member cancellations prior to the initial registration deadline* are refundable minus the PayPal fee incurred by the teacher. If the class is cancelled due to not meeting the minimum attendance requirements set by the teacher, you will be refunded the total amount paid. There are otherwise no refunds after the initial registration deadline, including for missed attendance. In the event that a child is removed from a class for behavioral issues, a refund will not be issued. All refunds issued will come directly from the teacher of the class.

*The registration deadline for full year classes and first semester only classes is 09/02/2026. The registration deadline for second semester only classes is 12/30/2026.

These classes are DROP-OFF classes, unless the class description specifically says otherwise. All teachers and volunteers have been background checked. Parents who are not background checked volunteers with pre-approval to remain on site may not stay inside the building during class periods. The doors to the building will be locked during classes and opened from 8:50-9am, 9:50-10am, 10:50-11am, 11:50am-12:10pm, 1-1:10pm, 2-2:10pm, and at 3:00pm. Doors will not open early in bad weather, so please plan to wait in your car until opening times in the event of bad weather. Parents and children not registered for a class will not be able to access the building for any reason during class periods, not even to use the bathroom, so please plan accordingly. 

Parents may come inside to drop off their children at their classrooms, and then must immediately exit the building. All students will be checked in by the front door staff, and will need to be checked out prior to leaving the building. Middle school and high school aged students can walk out on their own, after checking out with the front door staff. Preschool and elementary aged children will need to be checked out by a parent at the door.

Children who are registered for multiple classes between 11am and 1pm will have the opportunity to eat lunch or a snack that they bring from home, between 11:50am and 12:10pm. There will not be a refrigerator available to store food, nor will there be a microwave available to heat anything, so please plan and pack accordingly.
