I am currently the door monitor at PATHS and look forward to returning, but I am also willing to assist with reading, writing and spelling as a tutor or substitute teacher if needed. I have strong administrative skills (filing, typing, organizing, troubleshooting, etc.). I can operate most computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) and a quick learner.

With 26 years managing a male prison and 19 years in the clerical field I learned how to manage staff, manage conflict and disciplinary problems with staff, inmates or inmate family members. I have experience with meeting expected deadlines, preparing reports, auditing and accreditation compliance, emergency procedures, critical thinking and program facilitation. As a Lead Dialogue Practitioner, I trained staff and inmates for five years on how to effectively communicate with each other.
