Rhonda Smalls has over 27 years of experience teaching students in both general and special education settings. She holds advanced degrees in education and reading and is certified in special education, with training in evidence-based literacy interventions such as Wilson-Fundations, LETRS, and Orton-Gillingham. Rhonda is dedicated to helping students grow academically while building confidence in their abilities.
