Beginner Crochet Class
Instructor: Jen Judd
Crochet is a skill, not a “talent,” and with a little practice, ANYONE can learn to create beautiful things. In this class, we will cover all the basics of crochet including holding your tools, essential stitches, reading patterns and yarn labels, and finishing touches. We will complete several small projects, focusing on good habits and techniques that will help you crochet comfortably and confidently for the rest of your life! (you will be SO surprised at the number of projects you can crochet once you have the necessary skills to create a simple square and rectangle.)
Projects to include, but not limited to: coasters and washcloths
This class will meet 12 times between Janruary 15 and April 2.
First month's payment of $40 and supply fee of $15 is due at class registration.
Two additional payments of $40 are due February 1 and March 1.
Total tution $120 + Supply fee $15 =$135 total cost of 12 week class
Supply fee will cover a bag for your project and a zipper pouch including a crochet hook, needle, scissor, skein of “project” yarn and “practice” yarn, and a few stitch markers.
Tuition:
$120 total plus $15 supply fee with first month's tuition payment and supply fee due at time of registration.
