Culinary Arts

During this six-week class you will learn safe cooking practices and foundational food preparation techniques. We will begin with basic knife skills that will produce fruit salad. Then we will cover delicious recipes using  different main ingredients. Each week we will practice teamwork prepping the food as well as cleaning up afterwards. In the Spring, we will present a luncheon for friends and community. This class will give you lots of yummy options for daily, affordable meals. Cook culinary delights to astound your friends and feed your belly!

This class is meets 6 times from March 16-April 27, Class will not meet on April 6 due to Easter Break.

Tuition is $60 for the 6-week class, plus $15 supply fee

Total Tuition + Supply Fee = $75, due at registration
