Business is changing—and so are employers’ expectations of new applicants. Professional preparation needs to begin before graduation.

LearnWild USA’s L.A.B. equips homeschooled high school teens with the awareness and skills required to contribute in professional settings. Starting in high school gives students a competitive advantage: time to understand these expectations, practice their skills, and build on them after graduation.

Through local professionals selected for their expertise, a professional strengths assessment, business case studies, and team-building exercises, students:

• Identify their strengths and how they can contribute.

• Gain a big-picture understanding of how key business functions work together.

• Begin developing problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Practice personal leadership and develop entrepreneurial thinking.

• Learn what professionals expect and how networking builds connections.

Our five-week intensives are thoughtfully designed to fit busy homeschool schedules while making professional readiness part of students’ preparation for life after graduation.

Each intensive stands alone or builds toward a full program sequence culminating in a certificate of completion and a portfolio documenting students’ work, strengths, and developing skills.
