8. Because PACHEK and the events sponsored by PACHEK are run by parent volunteers, require members to agree to share the responsibility by committing to serve on a sub-committee. We are asking that you sign up to volunteer for at least one category. You will be placed on a "sub-committee" and assist the leader as needed. Thank you, we are looking forward to a great year!

The following are areas you may choose to serve in for the 2026-2027 year. Our group is growing, and we need all the extra helping hands we can get.

Education Fair: Set-up and Clean-up

Harvest Fest: Faciliting the event to include organizing games, Set-up, Clean-up.

Art & Talent Show: Assisting with art piece check-in, set-up, clean-up.

Valentine's Party: Assisting with Valentine's box organization and clean-up.

HS Banquet: Assisting with set-up, decorations, serving food, security, clean-up.

HS Graduation: Assisting with set-up, security, parking attendents, reception serving, clean-up.
*We ask that if you have a student that will be participating in this event that you do not choose this as your event to help with. We want you to enjoy this moment and take it in. If your student is a high school Junior, this would be perfect for you to volunteer at so you can get an idea of what you'll need to do for your senior!

Kindergarten Graduation: Assisting with set-up, reception serving, clean-up.
*We ask that if you have a student that will be participating in this event that you do not choose this as your event to help with. We want you to enjoy this moment and take it in.

Basketball: We need volunteers to work concessions, gate-entry, and set-up/clean-up. We would prefer families that do not participate in this sport so that our families with players can enjoy watching their student.

Volleyball: We need volunteers to work concessions, gate-entry, and set-up/clean-up. We would prefer families that do not participate in this sport so that our families with players can enjoy watching their student.

PLEASE CHOOSE FROM THE REMAINING CATEGORY OPTIONS. We have limited spots per category, so if you don't see it listed, the committee spots are full.

Many hands make light work, but we understand each family is in a unique position. We are offering a new option this year. If you know you are not available to serve at an event due to work or time constraints, you may choose to opt out for a fee. If you select this option, you will receive a separate invoice for $25.

10. I understand that PACHEK will select "enable text messages" on my family profile if I do not select this option. We will only select it for the primary phone number. This is beneficial for moments that we need to get critical information to our members. Examples: Last minute co-op cancellation or sports changes. Payment Instructions

Annual membership fees are $75 per family beginning July 1st. After January 1, fees are pro-rated at $40 for the remainder of the school year. This is nonrefundable.

This may be paid on the following page by clicking the button that says "SIGN IN AND PAY NOW." This will take you to your account balance and allow you to click pay available balance and then redirect you to make payment. You may also pay by mailing a check to P.O. Box 114, Hopkinsville, KY 42241. Checks should be made out to PACHEK. Fees must be received before membership is approved and access to the website is granted.

PACHEK (Pennyroyal Area Christian Home Educators of Kentucky) is a homeschool support group, facilitated by volunteer homeschooling parents. We serve families in Christian, Trigg, and Todd counties in Western Kentucky and also the Clarksville, Tennessee area.
