Family Business Grenhouse is a two-fold business.  

1.  We work with individuals to identify personal goals and develop pathways to achieve those goals

2.  We work with families to start or grow their own business

FOR ENTREPRENEURS:

Philip and CS have developed and run their own businesses for 12 years.  They have also worked in a variety of local businesses, both as employees and contract consultants.  They know the culture, customer and business trends of this region, and how WNC plays on the global stage.

CS has 25+ years of experience researching and writing business plans, and has been integral in getting new businesses off the ground. Philip helps new and young businessses indentify Customer Profiles and Trends, as well as effective Customer Service and Outreach, in order to develop Marketing Strategies that work. 

ACADEMIC AND CAREER PATHING

We work with individuals from 15 - 65 to put together a Career and/or an Academic Plan that lays out the next path in life.

There are so many factors that go into making wise plans

• And the calling the Lord has placed on our lives

Getting the right answers in place, takes knowing the right questions to ask.   We've got the questions!  This is not a stagnant process.
