Students would learn authentic Christian based martial arts that emphasizes self-defense and exercise. In addition to these skills, Bible verse memorization is required as the students advance in rank. Students are taught methods to defend themselves or others in the most effective ways while minimizing injuries to an aggressor. Christian martial arts do not contain any eastern mysticism, Buddhism, or Zen aspects that might be found in many traditional martial arts. A typical class consists of: warm up exercises, skill building and drills, forms, self-defense technique, sport aspects, and Bible verse memorization.

Approximate costs: 

    HSA Registration fee - $65 for returning families,  $100 for new families  (this will be billed to your HSA account when enrolling)

    NY LEAH Registration fee - $35 (this will be billed to your HSA account when enrolling)
    Room/tuition: $275 per child for the 2023-2023 school year (No room charge for parent helpers)  (Tuition will be billed to your HSA when enrolling)

    Belts and Rank Certificates:  $15 each belt advancement (purchase from Mr. Ast)
    Martial Arts Organization Membership (required for all green belts and higher): $50 (one time only); includes Christian Martial Arts Patch (purchase from Mr. Ast)
