Primary Class Registration Guidelines

• Class Registration for all members will open in June.  

• To register for Primary classes, please choose the grade of your child in the matrix below, click the box and a new window will open.   Look for the box in the top right corner that says "Register." Click the little box next to the student's name that you want to register, and then click "Register."   All primary students must be full day students.  (If we do not fill up with full day students, we may accept some partial day students in September.)

• Students will be placed in classes based on our numbers of registrations. Grade levels will be combined according to enrollment.  Note that the mixed level classes are appropriate for students of either class, no matter their level, because of the nature of our classes.

• If your student is not showing up, then you may need to edit your Profile .  Click the profile link at the top of your screen and add your child with the correct grade level.

• If you happen to have an outstanding balance from past years you will not have the access to register your child.  If you have a question please email. 

• Register for clubs seperately.  They will be similar to those below but they could change for the new school year. You will not be able to switch clubs once classes have started.

• For the first few weeks of registration, you will be able to cancel your classes if need be. Registrations will be final and a Drop/Add fee will be charged after July 31.     We need to be able to plan for the year, so we need to know how many students we will have, regardless.  We always accept late registrations where there is room to add more, but we will make plans based on the numbers we have earlier.

• When you are finished you can view your class registration summary by going to the "Classes" tab at the top of the page and choosing the "Parents Dashboard View" in the white view box on the right side.  If you need to remove a class, you can do it here by unchecking the childs name, and then go back to the main matrix to add anything. You can also view your chosen classes by clicking on the "Manage Class Registrations" tab right above the matrix below.
