Dance
Creative Movement - Monday,9:30am- 10:00am, Ages 3 - 4, $16 /month
This class is designed for children to learn self-discipline, listening skills, coordination skills, left and right discrimination, patterns in movement, and beginning ballet terms in a structured environment.

BALLET FOR AGES 5-8-  Monday, 10:15am- 10:45am, Ages 5-8 , $16 /month
Petite Ballet classes are structured for the early development of technical ballet and movement. Classes provide a carefully paced sequence of ballet exercises designed to develop physical conditioning and enthusiasm for ballet.
 
 
JAZZ FOR AGES 7-12-  Monday,10:45am- 11:15am, Ages 7-12 , $16 / month
This class is an introduction to basic jazz technique and students will learn center and locomotor progressions.
 
BALLET FOR AGES 9-12-  Monday,11:15am-12:00pm, Ages 9-11 , $18 /month
The foundation of all dance forms. Body placement, flexibility, balance, alignment, strength and technique are achieved through barre and center floor work.
 
JAZZ FOR AGES 13 & UP-   Monday,11:15am- 12:00pm , Ages 13 & up, $18 per month
This class will cover jazz fundamentals and include work on positions, turns, jumps and leaps.
 
BALLET FOR AGES 13 & UP - Mon., 12:00pm- 1:00pm, $25 /month

Drama/Musical Theatre
Creative Drama- Monday,9:30AM -10:15AM, Ages 5-8, Tuition is $25/month 
Using theatre games, children's stories, and our own original skits as a means of developing imagination, self-confidence, concentration & basic acting skills. New lessons every year. Creative Drama performs an end of the year production for friends/family.
 
LYT DRAMA FOR AGES 9-12 - Monday,1:00PM-2:00PM,Ages 9-12,Tuition is $26/ month
(For all students between the ages of 9-12)
With exciting and fun lessons, we will study actions, using the senses, justifying dialogue, and scene study. Take your acting skills to the next level as you delve deeper into drama study. Since LYT is a full rounded theatre program, we focus on drama during the 1st semester and musical theatre during 2nd semester.
 
LYT DRAMA FOR AGES 13 & UP - Monday,2:00PM-3:00PM, Ages 13- 19, Tuition is $28/ month
(For all students between the ages of 13- 19).
Students will be able to determine characterization, motivation, creative movement and staging through in-depth scene study. The memorization of both monologues and duet acting will be required. Material will range from Shakespeare to 20th century material.  Since LYT is a full rounded theatre program, we focus on drama during the 1st semester and musical theatre during 2nd semester.
 
ACTOR’S STUDIO PERFORMANCE WORKSHOP (may only be taken in conjunction with LYT DRAMA for AGES 13 & UP)- Mon., 3:00PM- 4:30PM - Tuition $12/ mo
For those more experienced students who want to perform, we are bringing back our ACTOR’S STUDIO workshop- The students in this class will perform in LYT’s Christmas production & Dessert Theatre performance. Limited class and cast size.
 
Music and Voice
Classroom Music for Little Mozarts- 9:00am-9:30am; Tuition $20/mo; Ages 5 -8
A comprehensive musical experience that involves singing, movement, listening skills and musical concepts, using songs, games, rhythm instruments & dances. Classical composers & instruments of the orchestra are also introduced.
 
Do Re WEE! Kid’s Music Class -Mon.,10:00am- 10:30am; Tuition $20/mo; Ages 3 -4
LYT is offering our own wonderful, music enrichment program, Do Re Wee! Kid’s Music. In this class we will discover beat and rhythm; Musical notation; explore the countries of the world through song-languages, games & dances.
 
Group Voice for Ages 9 & up-  Monday,12:00pm-12:30pm, Tuition $15/mo
In this course, students will learn the basics of vocal technique including:  mechanics of the vocal instrument; preparation for singing (warm-ups); airflow (breathing); tone creation & placement; vocal maintenance; musicianship for the singer; & more.  Using a "learn by doing" approach, students will be singing during each class, employing many genres of music.  The basics of harmony & duet singing will be introduced.  Even if you have taken a Group Voice class in the past, the curriculum has been re-designed.  If you love to sing, this class has something for you! (This is not CHOIR!  The emphasis is on developing the individual singer.)
 
Private Voice Lessons - ages 10 & up- $18/lesson + $15/semester supplies fee
Each 30 minute lesson is individually designed for the student & will include one-on-one training in vocal technique as well as vocal performance coaching.
