CFS Spring Showcase Talent and Display Signup
An opportunity for your students to demonstrate their projects & talents, for family & friends! (scroll to the bottom for instructions)
Displays provide a way for students to present their interests and studies in a variety of different categories. Talent presentations allow participants to perform in front of a live audience. Groups and Co-op Classes are encouraged to participate. All CFS Families are welcome to participate. You do not have to be registered for co-op class day. All student participants will receive a certificate!

© Photography - (matted 5x7 or 8x10)
© Science-Inventions, Unit Studies, Nature, Experiments
How to Display Projects:
© Create your own display board or purchase a pre-made board at a craft store.
© Use bricks or stands to prop notebooks at an angle.
© Matte all photographs and fine/refrigerator art.
Table Displays:
Tables for displaying projects are shared with other students. Please plan carefully and reserve only as much table space as you’ll need. The maximum space for a class in most cases is one full table. We reserve the right to substitute table shape based on availability.
Deadline for all entries is Sunday, April 10, 2015.
Cost:
Family/ Group/Class Registration Fee per project or talent:
© $10 for 1 student for a single display or performance
© $15 for 2-4 students for a single group display or performance
© $25 for 5 or more students for a single group display or performance
© A maximum of $25 per family for non-class performance or display.
INSTRUCTIONS: Please sign up here to pay your showcase fee. Please register a separate signup for each performance/display. All registrations may all be listed under your name. Then, please fill out your showcase registration information by clicking here for Showcase 2016.
For example: John Smith Science Class $25 Display
John Smith Jane Smith Dance $10 Performance
CLASS TEACHERS may request to have their registration fee deducted from their class fund. Please exit without paying and submit a reimbursement request authorizing this withdrawl from your class fund. The invoiced balance will be removed from your personal family account when this request is processed. STUDENT TEACHERS, your fee for a class performance is waived.
Limits and Details:
© Students and classes who are doing a talent may add a display for no additional charge
© Talent Presentations are limited to 4 minutes or less for classes and 3 minutes or less for individuals or non-class groups.
© Table display entries limited to one per individual or family.
© Students may (and are encouraged to) participate in multiple class presentations and/or displays.
© We reserve the right to limit students to one non-class talent entry (i.e., depending upon the number of entries, a student may be limited to a single talent entry with friends/siblings or individually and may not be permitted to do both).
© Participation in this event releases CFS Poway to use participants’ likenesses in photos and video.
© We reserve the right of final approval for all talent and project entries, including on the day of the event.

Be sure to complete the entry form for your signup of your student, small group, or large group by clicking here. This sign-up is for payment only. If you are using class funds to pay, please email Lucinda at treasurer@cfspoway.org and ask her to transfer the funds and to apply payment to your signup. You need one signup per entry.
