Location, Schedule & Dates

Discovery Days Co-op serves Catawba and surrounding counties.  We meet at a church in Hickory from August to early May.  

Each day consists of three sessions between 10:00 am and 1:15 pm.

This is our schedule for 2026-2027 school year :  

Announcements:  9:45am

Session 1: 10:00am – 10: 45am

Session 2: 10:50am – 11:35am

Lunch: 11:40am – 12:25pm

Session 3: 12:30pm – 1:15pm

The classes are structured around two semesters. The year concludes with a Showcase event, where children demonstrate what they have been working on throughout the year. Our group also participates in field trips and other events throughout the year to foster friendships and community within the group.
