Parent Responsiblity

  1. Parents must read course descriptions and purchase all necessary books, supplies and other specified items prior to the start of classes. All necessary items will be listed the class description on the Google Drive.
  2. By registering your children, you agree to work at co-op for the entire school year. If your children are only registered to attend three sessions, you will be required to teach or assist in some way during all three sessions (unless you are teaching two classes; then those will be your only responsibilities). If your children are registered for four sessions, you will be required to work three sessions and have a free session. During your free period you may socialize in the MOMs room The Leadership Team reserves the right to use you on your free period if additional help is needed.
  3. Please respect church property and use only items and areas sanctioned for our use.
  4. Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and any damages or injuries incurred by their actions.
  5. Label your personal possessions and do not bring anything of value to co-op. The church and co-op will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.
  6. Please clean up your own lunch messes and push in chairs.
  7. All parents are responsible to enforce co-op rules, monitor hallways and correct any child in a loving manner. Please understand that anyone in your family violating the rules will jeopardize your family’s participation in co-op. The Leadership Team reserves the right to deny or revoke participation to any student or family.
  8. We do ask that parents help with monitoring the playground or the middle school/high school lunch rooms at least once during the school year. If you do not sign up for a date, one will be assigned to you.
