Payments

Full payment for your children's tuition will be due on June 30 for the fall semester and on November 15 for the spring semester. You will receive notification at least two weeks in advance for the actual due date of the full tuition payment. A $3 per business day fee will apply to all payments paid or postmarked after the due dates. Tuition is non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the instructor or Truth Academy.

Checks declined due to insufficient funds will result in a $40 charge to that member.

Cancellations

If your situation has changed after the first day of class and you no longer wish to participate in a class, you may contact Truth Academy, and you will be placed on a waiting list to drop the class. Your space will be given to another when the class fills AND there is a waiting list to enroll for that class. You will then be notified that your space in the class can be given to another and you will receive a maximum refund of 90% for the remaining tuition unused.

Discipline Policy

Truth Academy is primarily a drop-off homeschool group and, as such, appropriate adult and student conduct is imperative.  Truth Academy discipline policy will be consistent and followed by every adult that interacts with the students during the course of Truth Academy course time.  Everybody is expected to act in an orderly and respectful manner, maintaining Christian standards of courtesy, kindness, language, morality, honesty, and striving toward unquestionable character in dress, conduct and attitude.  Keeping with the Academy code of conduct a child is expected to:

  • Respect God and Authority
  • Respect Each Other
  • Respect Property

Dress Code

We are blessed and privileged to share a facility with Calvary Memorial Church. As such, we wish to honor them with the following dress code as set out below.

The Bible teaches Christians to be careful and discreet about their inward attitudes, as well as outward appearance. Since the Bible does not set absolute standards in dress, we have established the following standard consistent with Biblical principles. As a Christian, our dress should reflect that our body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit. Our dress and appearance should be consistent with that thought. Each student is expected to wear modest, clean clothing. Clothing and jewelry are to be worn in such a way that it is not annoying or distracting to others.
