About Eagle Chefs
Eagle Chefs Cooking Club is a Christ-centered club where ECCHO students can learn about all aspects of cooking.
Who can join? ALL ECCHO members ages 8 and up.
Student Requirements:
- Commit to participating in Eagle Chefs Cooking Club in both the fall and spring semesters.
- Learn basic culinary skills.
- Work collaboratively and independently to learn new culinary skills and follow new recipes.
- Students can work towards earning their Eagle Chef's Apron. Returning Chefs that have earned an apron will work toward earning additional patches. Upper-class students will have the opportunity to letter in this program.
- Participate in a Culinary end of year challenge.
- Assist with promotion, sales, sponsorship, and fundraising activities.
- Meet MONTHLY at Longbranch Community Church (starting in September) for instructional class.
Benefits:
- Participate on a team and learn lifelong cooking skills.
- Learn to create new recipes and develop a love for cooking.
- Participation in Eagle Chefs Cooking Club can be highlighted on college applications, job applications, and résumés.

REGISTRATION OPENS JUNE 23rd
ECCHO EAGLE CHEFS will meet the 3rd Monday of every month (September through May), 1:00-3:00pm.
There is a $30 Program Registration fee, a $30 Fall semester supply fee and a $35 Spring semester supply fee, plus a Monthly Club fee of $30.
