Welcome to Ellis County Christian Homeschool Organization!
We're glad you're here!
ECCHO is a 501c3 support group for over 250 homeschooling families in and around Ellis County. We offer many activities including, but not limited to, Mom's Night Out, field trips, a theater program, culinary arts, a specialized reading help program, a high school boys baseball team, a cheer squad, archery, a golf program, senior activities, and a variety of classes and clubs.
Mission Statement: The purpose of ECCHO is to provide community, fellowship and encouragement to home-educating families in and around the Ellis County, Texas area, and to be a resource for both new and experienced home-educating families.
Our goal is to provide support, information, networking, and social opportunities to local homeschooling families in a safe, Christian environment.
For the safety of our member families, full access to our website is for members only.

Family Meeting
Recommitment
In light of recent changes, we are asking all current members to take some time to pray and consider making a recommitment to ECCHO as we commit to bringing our organization back to it's roots.
If you did not attend the Family Meeting on April 18th, please watch the video to ensure your family is aware of what ECCHO will look like in the new academic year. There are some simple steps to take to renew your family's membership:
- Attend the Family Meeting or watch the video
- Fill out new background checks for all family members over 18
- Pay $40 Membership dues for 2025-2026
- Update your family profile on the website
- Sign the Re-Commitment form
Forms can be picked up on the last class day, Friday, April 25th, or will be emailed to membership. The forms and payment must be turned in by June 1st. Forms are accepted in physical form only and can be handed to a Board Member or mailed to ECCHO P.O.Box.
ECCHO is very excited about the future and looking forward to having you along with us.
