About ECCHO

Welcome to ECCHO

ECCHO (Ellis County Christian Homeschool Organization) is a multi-denominational Christian support group for homeschooling families in and around Ellis County, Texas, and was founded in 1987. We currently have about 200 member families with children ranging from infants to high schoolers. We typically offer enrichment classes (for high school and lower levels) during the fall and spring, Mom's Night Out, special fall and spring events, and a variety of field trips and community activities.

For the safety of our member families, full access to our website is for members only.

To Join ECCHO we have 3 steps:

1.  Fill out the membership application - to find it click on the 'Join' link in the top right corner of the page.

2.  Submit background checks for family members (18+) who will be attending ECCHO events.  (Parents, Grandparents, Siblings, Etc.)  These can be emailed to rebecca@eccho.us or filled out/turned in at the New Family Open House event.

3.  Sign up and attend a New Family Open House - you will find the next available one on the ECCHO calendar.  We plan this every three months (or sooner) as needed.

Family dues can be paid by cash, check, or Zelle (zelle@eccho.us) at the New Family Open House.

If you plan to join, please read our Statement of Faith, Constitution, and Bylaws before registering.  Our values, beliefs, and commitment to our families are very important to us, please reach out if you have any questions.
