About Upper Classes
Upper Classes are for families seeking a structured learning environment in a group setting for their students in 6th-12th grade. Offered classes vary, ranging from electives to academic to sports.
UC meets weekly on Mondays in The Village at Longbranch Community Baptist Church in Midlothian for the full school year, September through May (approximately 28 class days). Three class periods are offered, 9am-12pm, with an optional (but encouraged!) 1-hour lunch gathering open to all ECCHO members from 12pm-1pm.
To enroll in this program your family must be in good standing with ECCHO, be up-to-date on all fees, have a current background check on file, and be willing to participate weekly as part of a full co-op. The UC Program requires a $30 per student registration fee per semester, with a $120 per family max (if your family has more than 4 students involved in our 6th-12th grade classes, you will not pay more than $120). Additionally, each class will have a semester supply fee and a monthly fee that will be determined by and paid directly to the class instructor. These fees will be clearly laid out in each class description. Please see the UC Fee Guidelines to read about late and drop fees.
