Prospective Member Applications Due
If you are interested in joining ECCHO, please read our Statement of Faith, Code of Conduct, and Constitution and Bylaws (found under the About ECCHO tab). Our values, beliefs, and commitment to our families are very important to us.
Families interested in membership are asked to complete the ECCHO Prospective Member Application and the background check forms (one form for each household member age 18 or older). The application and background check form can be found under the About ECCHO tab. These forms must be turned in with real signatures. Electronic copies will not be accepted. The member application and background check forms can be mailed to ECCHO PO Box 232, Waxahachie, Texas 75168, or you can contact Wendy (pres@eccho.us) to set up a drop-off time.

Application due dates can be found on the ECCHO Calendar. Applications are reviewed by the ECCHO Board of Directors before interviews are set up with prospective members' families. Please note that submitting an application and/or attending a prospective family session does not guarantee membership in the group.
